I'm from Germany and preordered KDM at October 2nd and have chosen the international shipping flatrate.As suggested in a reddit thread I checked for my order and the package is indeed already listed there with the status being something like 'data was electronically transmitted'.This means the shipping data was transmitted to DHL but the package was not received by them yet (or at least not scanned).Order status in the KDM shop is still unfulfilled.Ulisses Spiele is working on sending out the european packages since two days as stated on their facebook page (in German). They suggested that at least some German packages might arrive tomorrow but also that they can't guarantee for anything. Hello, from Italy here and had a quick mail exchange with Poots on Wednesday.
Kingdom Death: Monster EU copies for preorder (and last wave 2, I suppose) are already on EU warehouse and they are currently sending them, with all packages already done and the like. It's very possible that some of the EU orders are in transit right now, but are not visible because Poots did not manage to get the tracking numbers yet (at least, that was what he was trying to do two days ago, and I guess still trying, what with being busy with the rest of the stuff).So, in short, it seems that in EU everything is being delivered/ready to be delivered as we speak, but there will be delays in checking order status due to communication with US main site. Just hope to get it for the end of November).Regarding the shipping fee: at the time I did not know if there would be separate waves of shipping, so I chose a faster and more expensive fee (80$). Shall I expect an automatic refund or is it better to check with the customer service?Thanks everybody.
