How do I do a factory reset of the Stream?Press and hold the bookmark key and key 5 while powering on the Stream. You will hear a message informing you that the player profile has been reset.

Resetting the profile will erase all your bookmarks, clear the reading position of all your books, and reset your Menu options to default values. It will not affect your SD card and it will not remove any book keys (e.g. NLS or Learning Ally keys).

If the Profile data base becomes corrupt, your Stream may not power on or books may not play properly. Resetting the Profile may sometimes correct such issues.
